It's surprisingly beautiful for a game from 2003 with a locked 800x600 resolution. The details in the environment, the superb sound effects, the well crafted characters...it's a shame that the game is so punishingly hard, so extremely difficult, so incredibly unforgiving that it is impossible to enjoy without a severely masochistic personality. You think I'm exaggerating? Play it, I ♥♥♥♥ing dare you.. Don't buy this. Waste of money. Terrible user interface and control system, stupid 3D mode and crashing (in 3D mode). Good old Commandos 1 and 2. This is not even playable, maybe only for some super hardcore self-torturing emo player.. Buy commandos 2, its better.. A game where you and yourself are the only ones who can save this area... Death everywhere.. Dont buy this game on steam as its very glitchy and unplayabale. Find some other source to buy it.. Commandos one of the best strategy series i ever played.. I forgot how much i hate this game. It´s glitchy, hard, has bad soundtrack, and the missions are too boring. Stick to commandos 2!. for some reason.. this and commandos 2 dosent work. go search on the internet "commandos 2 black box when open" 100-1000 got this problem and i can't play commandos 2 or 3 and commandos 1 was a big succes for me, loved it.. what a shame that it dosent work..
